Twenty–three year old Sydney local Badrapper is on a war path that sees him occupying a unique space amongst a new wave of Australian electronic music producers. With performances that are being compared to some of the craziest metal shows and a distinct brand that only fuels that energy, he’s already growing a rabid engaged following.
Producing since the age of sixteen, he has honed his skills to display a signature sound that encompasses forward thinking sound design, crunching drum patterns and an innate ability to take listeners on a dark cinematic journey.
“I spent a lot of time getting my production right and now I feel like I have a cohesive story to tell—everything I’m currently doing is building towards a bigger vision I have a for the project.”
His first signed single “Swisher” was released via Steve Aoki’s L.A label DIM MAK and turned plenty of heads amongst artists in Australia and internationally, including The Chainsmokers, Slander, Ekali and notably Denzel Curry who now plays a Badrapper remix of the hit “Ultimate” in his live performances.
