Following its premiere on Apple Music’s Beats 1 Radio with Zane Lowe, Kwame releases punchy party-starter 'CLOUDS' today and announces an East Coast tour this February.

'CLOUDS' sees the Western Sydney producer, writer, rapper and engineer delivers witty lyricism about the self realisation of the worth and purpose. He explains, "As humans we’re not being taught about this, some find it narcissistic. I find that believing and loving yourself is so important, especially living in a world where you can be easily shut down and broken."

Kwame's success has appeared to be limitless in 2018 and the release of 'CLOUDS' propels his momentum even further. Singles ‘WOW’ and 'NO TIME' from his Endless Conversations EP, have now clocked 3.5 million Spotify streams between them - both receiving triple j rotation. Earning a triple j Unearthed feature artist spot Kwame took out the coveted triple j Splendour in the Grass competition, jumped on stage at triple j’s One Night Stand and played three knock-out showcases at BIGSOUND. He's currently booked on five upcoming summer festivals across the country as well as two shows with Vera Blue. Also boasting a huge CV of supports for heavyweights Skepta, Migos, 6LACK and AJ Tracey, plus tours with Peking Duk and Tkay Maidza, Kwame finally heads out on his own headline tour this January - his first since the Endless Conversations EP shows.

As Kwame says in ‘CLOUDS’, he “can never stop” and penned the catchy chorus with live shows in mind. "I cannot wait to see people scream when I play it at shows because the meaning behind the line is the goodness and rare qualities that we possess as individuals than can't be seen at surface appearance. We need to realise the power we all hold - we're headed for the clouds, it's only up from here."

CLOUDS is out everywhere now.
