Mild Manic are a 4 piece pop/punk band from Melbourne, Australia. After sending 2017 out in style supporting Dear Seattle at their sold-out show at Northcote Social Club & a sold-out No Worries Festival in Moruya, the band is getting straight into it with their new single "Global Threat". The song acts as a reminder for the youth to use their voice, speak loud and spur change.
The Mild Manic guys aren't heading off on this run solo, they're pairing up with Sydney 4 piece rock band, Blue Velvet. Since forming in 2016, the band has quickly developed a passionate following across Australia playing with the likes of Moose Blood
(UK), Trophy Eyes, Turnover and Columbus.
In early 2017, the band released their debut EP ‘Collide’ which laid the groundwork for their unique sound. By combining the loud and fast instrumentation of Punk and emotionally honest lyricism, the band has set out to make a new sound for Australian Alternative music.
